My name is Mohua Ghose-Kofi and I am the Owner and Master Trainer of NuYou Fitness

Mohua has always had a passion for fitness. Now being in the industry for over 19 years; she learned the day-to-day activities that could contribute to being successful in this industry. She has trained clients of all levels of fitness; from post-rehab to athletes to senior citizens. Mohua specializes in core conditioning, pilates base exercises, core stability and pelvic floor. Mohua will customize individual programs to make sure you succeed to the best of your health and fitness. At the end of the day; her goal is to make sure that she strives for greatness and is willing to put in the hard work for her clients to achieve their results. In her spare time, Mohua loves to work out, read all different types of books, enjoys wine tasting and hiking.
